INNOVATIVE WORKPLAN

I.     Title:        Fun Run: Run for Lifetime Fitness

II. Proponent:

III. Rationale:    

           As the MAPEH teacher, I believe that for the lessons to be absorbed by the students, students must have the actual experience. Fun Run for Lifetime fitness is one of the strategies of the school and the proponent to promote fitness to the students and teachers. We all know that health is wealth and if a person is fit, he can be able to perform the daily task with ease.

IV. Objectives:

1.       Promote lifetime fitness to the school and community

2.       Encourage participation

3.       Develop self awareness of the benefits of fitness exercises.

4.       Purchase rubber mats for the P.E Class and other School Materials

V. Participants:

                          1. Teachers, students and parents

VI. Strategies:

1.       The school promotes the fun run activity during the general  pta meetings.

2.       Fun Run will be conducted twice a year. First wave is during  Intramurals Culminating activity in July and the second wave is the culminating activity for the Foundation day of Taguanao Integrated School.

3.       Participants will registers for the fun run and they will receive a wrist strap with a number. The number will be used for the raffle draw for the participants to receive prizes.

        Every Intramurals Culminating activity and Foundation Day Celebration
